RAAW Preset Suspension

At RAAW, we’ve always seen every frame sold as the beginning of a new relationship, and we’re keen to start that relationship right. As a small team, we’re able to offer customer support by email or phone directly from the source. We’ve spent countless hours over the past years building a knowledge base that’s as extensive and helpful as possible, and the Owner’s Book included with every RAAW is something we’ve truly poured our heart and soul into.

While we do everything we can to get you going with your new bike, we’re usually doing so from a distance—and until now, we couldn’t actually set up your suspension for you. Well, now we can. We offer a preset suspension service tailored specifically to you. Simply enter your weight—including shoes, helmet, and riding gear—at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We use a Laba7 Shocktester to set up your suspension, based on the suspension setup guides available in our knowledge base.

When you receive your frame or rolling chassis, that’s one less thing to worry about. You’ll be ready to ride in no time.
