Complete Bike - Assembly & Delivery (Non EU)

If you order your complete bike from a country outside the EU, it will be delivered to you as a Build Kit according to your selected configuration. We also include a torque wrench so you can easily and correctly install the remaining components.

Important: You will find your invoice attached to the outside of the package. You will need it for warranty claims or our crash replacement program, so please make sure to keep it.

We have already taken care of many assembly steps for you:

  • Headset cups are pressed in
  • Bottom bracket is installed
  • Steerer tube is cut to length
  • Crown race is installed
  • Star nut is installed
  • Cassette is mounted
  • Chain length is adjusted
  • Brake hose length is adjusted
  • Brakes are bled
  • Shifter housing and dropper remote housing are cut to length

For safe transport, the bike is shipped in two boxes (frame/components and wheels).

The final assembly is up to you. Basic technical knowledge and common tools are required. If you’re unsure, we recommend having the bike assembled by a mechanic or bike shop. An experienced mechanic can usually complete the build in less than an hour.

Please make sure to follow the specified torque values during assembly — a suitable torque wrench is included with your delivery.

In general, the assembly process is the same for all our bikes, so you can use the following video as a guide for your build. As described above, we’ve already completed some of the steps for you.

We inspect all frames for damage and manufacturing defects before shipping. However, we still recommend that you carefully check the frame for any transport damage or other issues immediately after unpacking, and contact us directly if you notice anything unusual.
