Complete Bike - Assembly & Delivery (EU, CH, GB)

If you order your complete bike from an EU country, Switzerland, or the UK, your bike will arrive largely pre-assembled. Only a few simple steps are required before you’re ready to hit the trail.

Your bike is fully built according to your selected configuration and carefully inspected before shipping. For safe transport, we remove the wheels and handlebar to ensure optimal packaging and prevent damage during transit. We also include a torque wrench so you can correctly and easily install the remaining components.

Important: You will also find your invoice inside the box. You will need it for warranty claims or our crash replacement program, so please make sure to keep it.

After unpacking, only a few steps remain: install the wheels and mount the handlebar.
