We offer free returns for apparel, small parts and accessories within Germany. The cost of returning complete bikes and frames, as well as returning orders from abroad in general, must be paid by the buyer. The return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods. 

Refund of a return

As soon as the goods have arrived and have been checked, we will refund your paid amount via the original means of payment. Returns are usually processed within 5-7 days. Additional costs for additional services, such as express shipping or similar, are excluded from the refund.
